NOTES

1. Service Lift (Bomba) reservation schedule as below:


10.00am – 11.3am
Strata Offices / Boutique Offices 2.30pm – 4.30pm
7.00pm – 7.00am
*Strata Offices loading bay will be closed at 7.00pm from Monday to Saturday. Special permission
required for usage outside the aforementioned time frame.

2. Proprietor / tenant / contractor shall be fully liable on all goods or materials during the transportation or
delivery process from the loading bay to the destination.

3. Kindly ensure the corridors, doors, walls, service lift cars and other related building fixtures or amenities en
route are not damaged during the moving process. Proprietor / tenant / contractor will be held responsible for
any damage caused to the stated items.

4. Proprietor or tenant liaison person must be present during the transportation/delivery process.

5. All particulars to be filled in and submit to Management Office at least 72 hours for approval prior to
transport /delivery date.
