Ingredients:
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the
cups.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Stir the dry ingredients together until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Make sure the wet ingredients are well mixed.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Gently fold the mixture
together using a spatula or wooden spoon. Be careful not to overmix; some lumps are
okay. If you're adding any additional ingredients (e.g., chocolate chips), gently fold them
into the batter at this stage.
5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full. You can
use an ice cream scoop or a large spoon to distribute the batter evenly.
6. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or
until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
7. Once baked, remove the muffin tin from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then
transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.
8. Enjoy your freshly baked muffins! They can be served warm or at room temperature.
Remember, these instructions are general guidelines, and specific recipes may have
slight variations in measurements or ingredients. It's always a good idea to follow the
recipe you're using for the best results. Happy baking!
