Executive Summary

Project name “Activation method”

The project is based on Bearden’s ideas about possibility of activation of

intermediate collector.

This principle is very old, but in modern physics it was described in the book
“The Final Secret of Free Energy”, 1993 by T. E. Bearden, Fig.1.

Idea by Thomas E. Bearden consider possibility of using of source of potential

energy (primary source) to produce activation of some “collector” without
degradation of initial potential energy of the primary source, this energy must
be constant value. After activation of the collector, it must be re-connected to
load to produce useful work, for example, electrical current and power in load
(heat). In other words, activation is process related with displacement currents.
Real power in load must be result of conductivity currents.

Designing on this topic include several methods, for example, high voltage
technology using two ground connections. Simplified scheme of this device is
linear acceleration of electrons in high voltage E-field, Fig.2.

In this mode of operation electrons moving from cathode to anode. Falling to
anode with acceleration the electrons produce heating of the anode by means
of bombarding. In other words, we increase energy of emitted electrons by
means of potential E-field and use this kinetic energy to heat metal anode.
Additional output energy (heat in this case) is result of acceleration of electrons
in potential E-field.

HV source here is a capacitor, it is one-time charged primary source and here

is no spending of its electric potential difference. Efficiency of this design is
ratio between input energy and output energy. Small amount of input energy is
necessary to compensate leakage currents of capacitor.

Half period between start of emission and switch-off level is period of

acceleration of the electrons by E-field between anode and cathode. After
electrons reach switch-off level, cathode must be disconnected from HV source.
This part of period is inertial motion of electrons to anode. In this time,
cathode also is disconnected from HV source to be connected to ground source
named here A. It is outlet of electrons. At the same time, cathode must be
connected to ground source B, which is source of electrons. By this way,
cathode and anode again become electrically neutrally charged electrodes.

There are powerful conductivity currents in part of this electric circuit,

connected with two ground points. Two transformators can be installed in
these ground circuits to produce low voltage AC power output. This idea at first
time was proposed by Tesla, for his high voltage atmospheric collectors.

This method is analogy with idea of high efficient electrolyser, described in

other projects. The example is patented “Water Fuel Cell” 4,798,661 by Stanley
Meyer, Fig.3.

Main idea of this technology is operation mode of the electrolyser, which is
working here like Bearden’s collector. In other words, electrolyser is water
dielectrical capacitor. After activation of this capacitor, control unit will detect
beginning of conductivity current between anode and cathode. At the moment,
as soon as possible, the control unit will disconnect the primary source to get
high efficient mode.

It is proposed to organize experimenting on this technology with different types

of collectors, which can be activated by different methods.

Practical application: This technology can be used to be applied as

autonomous source of energy for houses, industrial and other customers.

Stages of the project:

• Design works - 3 months.

• Experiments - 1 months.
• Development, demonstration - 6 months.
• Patenting and sales can be started after 12 months of the project.

Funding requirements

Total amount of funds 150,000 Euro is necessary to organize, start and

complete first stage of the project in one year period. Second year we’ll organize
sales of licenses, development of business and marketing.
