When life feels too heavy to bear,


And your heart is weighed down by care,
Take a deep breath and close your eyes,
Let peace and calmness be your prize.

Feel the weight lift from your chest,


As you focus on the present moment's best,
Visualize a place of tranquility and rest,
Where stress and grief are both suppressed.

Accept the things you cannot change,


Let go of worry and fear, it's strange,
How much lighter you'll feel inside,
When you stop fighting the tide.

Reach out for help and support,


Don't let your struggles go unreported,
Sharing your feelings can bring relief,
And lessen the burden of your grief.

Remember that it's okay to feel,


To cry, to hurt, to break and to heal,
Take it one day at a time, my friend,
And you'll find a way to mend.
