Executive Summary:
Internship is such a program which makes a student experiences the corporate life for
the first time. I was assigned as intern under Marketing Operation Division.

This report is prepared on the basis of my six weeks practical experience at XellFit
Industry. This internship program helped me to learn about the practical scenario of a
manufacturing firm. XellFit Industry is a dynamic business and manufacturing service
provider. Varied range of products with ensured standard, quality services and most
effective managerial efficiencies have made the company a market leader in the
respective sectors of its operation.

Keeping main focus on business expansion and growth in the most prospective sectors,
the industry is continuously taking up projects to make it the largest manufacturer in the
business arena of Sialkot despite fast-changing business trend and tricky situation.

Depending on the firm foundation and highly professional human resources, the XellFit
Indsutry is still making good use of its business potentials and also contributing to the
development of the local corporate culture and making a significant contribution to the
overall development of the country and its economy.

But despite intriguing growth and business expansion, the company’s aims and
objectives remain the same – to serve customers with maximum satisfaction and keep
on working for the greater welfare of the people and the country. XellFit Industry care for
their clients as their obligation and customer.

stories etc during last 5 years:

 As they have started working in 2007, and that was the time when they were only
two people who started their business, They just take a risk as a family business
and send their samples to some of the smallest industries in abroad e.g. London,
Brazil, Germany, USA etc. They still hope to get a response back from some of
them or maybe one of them, but they get no response from any import industries
there.
 As a result, they did not back out for that and they approach some companies from
the new way and get reference to contact them and after contacting they get a
response back with a small amount of order but they were happy and celebrate
their happiness with their families. The company’s reviews after receiving the

Orders were awesome and appreciated and they send a big order to them. And as

with handsome salary amount, and their employees work under a friendly
environment that helps their business to grow much faster.
 In the coming years, they are moving towards some more beneficial products as

I joined the office according to the joining date, the first day of internship was full of
excitements and hopes for the future. In the very first day a brief lecture was delivered by
the Mr. Danish about the office, its staff members, their ranks and positions, functions of
