Organizational Plan
Executive Summary
A Gymical is a corporation that aims to provide the right platform for
people who wants to lose weight, get maintained, overcome health
issues, and be instructed properly. The gymical is designed for the
masses living in Peshawar which will be located between university
town and Hayat Abad.
There are several gyms in Peshawar but they are lacking in
providing the right guidelines and instruction to the people, due to lack
of awareness and knowledge people use gym equipment without any
knowledge which results in severe injuries, the people 30+ are more
likely to be affected because they are not directed in the right order.
Our company is providing a gym with a medical bench, the foremost
responsibility of the advisory bench will be to provide the guidelines
according to their age, height, and health history, and further analysis
will be done for how and what workouts to do while keeping in view
their health issues and will provide the diet plans and customized meals
for weight loss and balanced lifestyle. The Fitness club main focus is to
target the masses of 25+ which include adult men and women and this
is the right choice for them to change their lifestyle. This business is
innovative but not new and there and many competitors but they are
providing such services.
Preface: 
              A Gymical is a platform designed for men and women who
want to lose and maintain weight within the right instructions
according to their age, height, BMI, and health history, where they will
be fully analyzed by the nutritionists and instructors. Complimentary
offers like meal plans, diet plans weekly workout programs will be
provided. this place is best for people who want to be under great
supervision related to body and health, location is also flexible for
people living in a university town and Hayat Abad.

Customer Problem
  In Peshawar, there any many gyms which I have servyed for a
month, and the main issue which was faced by the ladies above 30 age
was the wrong posture and lack of awareness and guidance provided to
them during workouts which result in intense injuries.

Solution
The Gymical is a gym with a medical bench, it is a platform for
men and women where they can lose and maintain weight according to
their age, weight, health history, and health issues, they will be
properly consulted with the nutritionist providing the proper
guidelines

The first 10 members will be given 30 off and further offers
will be provided to those who avail of membership which will include
customized meals, diet plans, and training.

Vision Statement:
The vision of fitness club is to aware people about their health and
body and to be aware of the do’s and don’ts about their physical and
mental health.
Mission statement 
 Gymical is providing the best platform for weight loss with a
proper medical bench
 The mission is to establish branches in different cities in first 5
years i.e. Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi etc.

Functional structure
Gymical is the Organization consisting of a functional structure that
will place the areas of expertise into different departments i.e. the
manager will be will given control of reception, the medical staff will be
positioned for their department, and the instructors both male and
female will be in charge the gym department, etc.

Target Market:
Our target market is the male and females of Peshawar, mainly of a
university town and Hayat Abad.

Competitors:
     There are several gyms located in the town which are a threat to
Gymical, but the threat will be minimized by providing the various
unique features which other platforms are not providing, i.e advisory
bench, certified instructors, customized meals, weekly workout
program.

The threat of new intern for fitness club currently are not that strong
but keeping the long term goals in view , I will keep the services pocket
friendly and flexible timings for both men and women along with
different complimentary offers.
. Power of buyer:
Fitness club is the innovative platform for the masses of Peshawar,
which will be cherry on top for the people that will provide advisory
bench along with many programs, by which the power of customers
will be in favor of my business
. Power of supplier:
To minimize the threat from supplier I will survey different suppliers
and will further purchase from different suppliers. i.e whole sale
pharmaceuticals, different medical labs and weight loss manufactures
in Pakistan.
. Threat of substitute:
There is no threat of substitute right now as this business is innovative
and came up with finest quality and services in Peshawar and for future
the threat of substitute will be minimal because of medical bench,
reasonable prices and various offers.
. Threat of complementary products:
Fitness club focuses on the complimentary products as to minimize the
threat i.e., the weekly customized workout program, three days free
trial for the members, flexible timings for working men and women.
. Existing competition:
In Peshawar there are many gyms which either lack in space,
instructors, quality, lack of equipment’s. So, there is no such strong
competition for my business but if there is any in future the threat will
be minimized by targeting the market and offering various discounts
along with quality.
. Threat of government:
There is no threat of government as this business is for the welfare of
society and better living it don’t harm anyone or anything

The fitness club is private organization which will be limited by liability ,
the funds for fitness club will be generated by banks , friends and
family, legal status , bootstrapping , government agencies.
