1. That today is laid for hearing of the above-mentioned CMC.

2. That this Ld. District Judge at Barasat is not present today and the 3rd ADJ today is
holding the chair of the Ld. Session Judge, so it has been settled that the hearing of the
caption CMC will be lined on 06.01.22. So, in this context it is a humble request before your
Honours Court to extend the preventive order against arrest for ends of Justice.

Hence it is prayed that, your Honour would

considering all above facts and circumstances a
