The special programs equip the students with knowledge and skills. Require the students to perform
and achieve the desired learning outcomes. This serves as a pathway for the learners to attain good
decision making on their chosen field.

Writing my Reflection

Before

How did I feel?

Before the Activity


I am expecting that the students will perform very well. This reason was established because I saw how
the students took so much effort to perform well in the event. As the event started, my excitement was
high because I wanted to see the smile and confidence on their faces.

After the Activity


No words can explain how happy I was. Seeing them screaming loudly with their parents and classmates
was one of the sweetest moments that I have ever seen. It was a wonderful day for everyone as their
efforts turned into a memory that anyone could cherish.

After the Activity, I learned that,

I learned that it is not about the competition that matters, it is the moment when these students
showcase and push themselves beyond their limits. Also, I have seen the essence of conducting events to
take the students away from the pressure and stress of academic challenges.
