Reminders Against Covid19 Infection
At this point, you are now ready to apply the concepts of gas exchange in our current
pandemic situation. Aware that viruses can enter the body through the respiratory passages,
you are tasked to create catchy reminders to protect ourselves from transmitting the Covid-
19 virus. You may include images to highlight what you want to convey. Post your output in
your Facebook wall. Make a screenshot and send the picture to your teacher. (20 points)

1. For me, this activity is related to the topic because I am responsible for ensuring my own safety
and the safety of others during the COVID-19 pandemic. By being aware of and following the
necessary safety precautions, I can minimize the risk of contracting or spreading the virus.

keeping safe during covid 19.

3. I therefore conclude that in order to be protected from Covid19, I must (a) Wear a mask:
Wearing a mask in public places, especially where social distancing is challenging,
helps to reduce the transmission of respiratory droplets that may contain the virus. b)
Practice good hand hygiene: Regularly washing my hands with soap and water for at
least 20 seconds or using hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content helps
eliminate the virus from my hands and prevents its spread. c) Maintain physical
distance: Adhering to the recommended physical distancing guidelines (usually
around 1-2 meters or 6 feet) helps to reduce the risk of coming into close contact with
infected individuals and prevents the spread of respiratory droplets. d) Avoid large
gatherings and crowded places: Limiting my participation in large gatherings or
crowded places where maintaining physical distancing is challenging can significantly
reduce the chances of contracting or spreading the virus.

social distancing, and cough or sneeze into a tissue and dispose properly
