• Mrs, shanti devi Dubey 75/ F belongs to three generation family and
lower socioeconomic status is a known case of Systemic Hypertension
stage I (diagnosed 2 years ago, without complications ) and is diagnosed
with typhoid 8 days ago.
• Widow and educated till 5th standard
• Diet: deficient in calories, and iron
• BP: 130/90 (19/12/2021)
• Tab Amlodipine and tab Atenolol 25 mg (taking regularly)
