History of the Franchise:

founded in 1940 by Richard and Maurice McDonald as a barbecue restaurant in San Bernardino,
California, USA. In the late 1940s, the brothers transformed their restaurant into a fast-food
establishment and introduced their "Speedee Service System," focusing on efficiency and quick service.
In 1955, Ray Kroc, a milkshake machine salesman, joined the company as a franchise agent. Recognizing
the potential for expansion, Kroc eventually bought out the McDonald brothers and became the driving
force behind the franchise's global success.

Success of the Franchise:

McDonald's has achieved remarkable success over the years and has become an iconic brand in the fast-
food industry. Some key factors contributing to its success include:

Standardization and Efficiency: McDonald's implemented a highly efficient operating system that
