DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

SALVACION SUELON HISO-AN, of legal age, Filipino with a residence

address at Brgy. Sta. Theresa, San Miguel, Iloilo, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the VENDOR;

and

REYNALDO HISO-AN and ANILOU I. HISO-AN, both of legal age,

Filipinos with a residence address at Brgy. Sta. Theresa, San Miguel, Iloilo,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land

situated in the Brgy. Sta. Theresa, San Miguel, Iloilo, Philippines, described as
follows:

“A parcel of land: LOT 4070-D A= 551 SQUARE METERS”

That for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Six

Thousand and Six Hundred Pesos (Php186,600.00) Philippine Currency,
the VENDEE bought the 311 Square Meters Portion of said parcel of land,
as FULL PAYMENT which the VENDOR had received to its entire and
complete satisfaction for the VENDEE, receipt is hereby acknowledged and
confessed, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, in favor of the
VENDEE his/her heirs successors and assigns the above described
property free from liens and encumbrances.
