• Based on Highest APE during Contest Period
• Tie Breaker 1 – will be decided on Highest number of CLA
• Tie Breaker 2 - will be decided on Highest number of licenses

Max seats will be 100 based on highest APE


In case of tie, qualifier will be decided on the basis of highest number of CLA,
in case tie persists, further qualifier will be decided on the basis of highest
number of new licenses during contest period

LOGIN – 1st JUN’23 – 30th JUN’23

CONVERSION -
NON MEDICAL CASES – 9th JUL’23
MEDICAL CASES – 21st JUL’23
DIGITAL BEHAVIOR

Policies will only be considered for contest qualification if any of the below mentioned
conditions are met

 E-NACH activated
OR
 Physical NACH is LIVE for the policy within 45 days from contest end date

Other than above, Life Advisor/AP(Self Code)/IMD/POS also need to meet any one of the
2 Digital Adoption criterion in the policies logged in the contest period.

2. Digital CDF
Employee Employer policies & policies logged under MWPA are exception to this rule.

SPLIT POLICY RULE

Split Policy Rule will be applicable for CLA count


 Split policies are defined as policies which are login within 30 days from last
policy login and have same Life Assured and same Product irrespective of same
Life Advisor.
 Split policy rule will not be applied on combo products.

 LA/AP(Self Code)/IMD belonging to 2nd or consecutive policy in split policy rule


will not be considered as CLA. Credit of CLA count of such LA will not be given
to Agency Partner in case of split policy.
MOST IMPORTANT POINTS

 For new license any month PHF will be considered.


 Any Jun’23 new license if active with min 35K by 30th
Jun’23 will be considered for both CLA and new
license subject to conversion within contest period.
 CLA calculation be based on receipted total premium
with tax only no product weightages will be applied.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
 The Initiative is applicable for all Agency Partner (Direct team) of APC Channel.
 Q1 Login : 1st Jun’23 to 30th Jun’23 ; Conversion – Non Medical Cases – 9th Jul’23 & Medical Cases – 21st Jul’23
 APE inclusive of GST shall be considered for the Initiative.
 Cheque bounce cases if resubmitted and converted before the conversion cut off date will be considered.
 All cases with APE above Rs 25,000 will be verified in respect of premium payment term and premium amount from HO by tele-
calling the customer.
 All Surrender cases either in Part or Full & re-logged in will not be considered in the Initiative.
 Any business already logged in / converted earlier than the scheme period, if cancelled & re-logged will not be considered,
Kotak Life Insurance's decision in this regard will be final.
 Data as per KLI system (Online Receipting System & Life Asia) will be considered for the Initiative. Only In force policies at the
time of running final results will be considered for the Initiative.
 Final post audited result could be different from the daily Initiative update due to removal of policies not meeting all the
Initiative Terms & conditions.
 All prizes will be given out as per status after free look period. The prizes are non-transferable.
 All prizes/ Trips/ Meets are subject to availability/ feasibility. In case of non-availability of the prize/ feasibility of Conducting
such meets, it will be substituted with a similar prize. Due to Unprecedented situation if mentioned rewards are not procured &
meets/ trips not conducted then “Direct Payouts” will be made to Qualifiers after deduction of applicable taxes.
 All benefits are subject to withholding taxes as applicable under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
 This is an internal scheme offered to the Agency Partners on sole discretion of Kotak Life Insurance, any terms conditions &
issues related to the scheme cannot be questioned outside the Company.
 Non-compliance of ethics & compliance guidelines will lead to disqualification.
 In all cases Kotak Life Insurance’s decision would be final and binding.
 Application, interpretation or modification of any of the terms & condition, change of rewards including Initiative Logins &
Conversions Extension will be as per the decision of Head of Agency.
