If SCM check the P.O wise Receiving Status Regular basis from Oracle then
Sometime Required item not able to take Production
this problem can solve
Repeated REB Power fail, Production hamper No Solution from our end
Gas pressure less and very less after 6:00 PM No Solution from our end
Spare parts not get when required HO SCM can make purchase schedule for feed mill weekly basis
Maintenance work interrupted due to spare parts If SCM give us Spars in time then we can reduce our some items stock qty
We didn’t get all items full qty which mentioned in the FCM Plant age become 15 Years so
If SCM give us Spars in time then we can reduce local purchase qty
Requisition Maintenance is important for Machine's
health
Some item we are bound to made from workshop We can setup one workshop in our premises
Operator / Technical person increment is less because Yearly Increment need to Review in every year by BoD base on Plant
their starting salary also less. Recommendation Most of the time we have bound to Recruit
fresh person because of our starting salary.
After 1/2 years staff leave our company
Starting Salary is less of Operator and Technician's because of high salary
We can review our Salary structure by BoD or concern people
Compare to others company
any type of service delay affect our operation Need to make easier steps for better service
Others party not happy with us due to special party Requesting to review this system by BoD
