Activity Title: LAC SESSION
ON THE 5S SYSTEM OF HOUSEKEEPING AND HOW TO DEAL WITH PEERS, CLIENTS, AND
SUPERIORS
Activity Description: This 1-day formal face-to-face training aims to optimize productivity in the school
and workplace through maintaining an orderly workplace and using visual cues to
attain more consistent operational results. It will also focus on what is the proper
way to deal with peers, clients and superiors.
Prerequisite Activity: None

Activity Requirements To ensure the orderly conduct of the sessions
and maximization of learning, the following
requirements will be adhered upon by all
participants:

Rationale:
An orderly and systematized office and classroom is one of the important things to achieve if you want increased
productivity. Adopting lean practices, which focus on the elimination of waste throughout the enterprise, create cost
savings while establishing an environment of continuous improvement is essential if you want to cope up with the ever-
changing world.

Communicating effectively with your colleagues, clients and superiors minimizes misunderstandings and maximizes
work efficiency. Effective communication also produces healthy working relationships and allows you and your colleagues to
resolve issues in a collaborative manner. This will in turn create a more fun and less stressful work environment.

In line with this, the administrative personnel along with the school head will conduct this LAC session on the 5s
System of Housekeeping and How to deal with peers, clients and superiors to optimize productivity among the teaching
and non-teaching personnel and as well us to build stronger bond and relationship with each other and also with the clients
of the school. This LAC session would also emphasize that as teachers and government employees, we are a representative
of the public and we should work for the people.

Objectives of the Activity TERMINAL OBJECTIVE: At the end of the activity, the
participants will be able to:
 Understand the 5s System of Housekeeping to
increase productivity in the workplace and
dealing with peers, clients, and superiors.

Specifically, at the end of the training-workshop the participants are expected


to:

1. Decipher the steps of the 5s System of Housekeeping and


comprehend the ways on how to deal with peers, clients,
and superiors.
2. Internalize the procedures in making and maintaining the
workplace to be productive and conceive the ways on how
to deal with peers, clients, and superiors.
3. Apply the methods of the 5s system of housekeeping and
ways on how to deal with peers, clients, and superiors
End of Activity Outputs A. A Job Embedded Learning Component:
100% of the participants is expected to demonstrate the following:
a. Enriched Knowledge in the 5s system of housekeeping
b. Understand the basis of the proper way on how to deal
with their peers, clients, and superiors.
c. A healthy discussion on the topics given.

Expected Final 1. Increased productivity of teachers.


Outcomes/Success 2. Improved the interpersonal communication and client
