Dear Madam,
This is to formally express the intent of the undersigned to compete in the ranking and
selection process, and to hopefully get permanently appointed for a FULL- Time TEACHER
1position in Elementary level beginning this school year 2019- 2020.
I finished my education degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education major in General Education
at Bago City College year 2017 and passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) last
September 24, 2017.

Teaching is so much about understanding the needs of student and devising teaching
methods that will help raise their interest in the subject being taught and facilitate learning.

As a teacher, my main goal is to motivate students to do their best in order for them to
reach their full potential. I believe that my greatest teaching strength is my ability to understand
and relate to students' unique needs and interests and facilitating them to learn and to be be
persons with values and character.

The eagerness to participate in the next rounds of the selection for Teacher 1 is likewise
herein expressed.
