TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Quotation Validity. The price above is only valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of the quotation.
2. Price. The price quoted above is net and inclusive of 2% tax (PPh 23) but excludes 10% VAT (PPN).
3. Project Duration. Momentum will propose a time schedule to the client as an estimation of the overall project duration.
4. Client’s Responsibilities. The client acknowledges that they shall be responsible for performing the following in a timely manner:
a. Making decisions to support the project progression.
b. Providing suitable contents in editable electronic format for reproduction and incorporation into the deliverable. Text is to be supplied in text (.txt) or MS Word (.doc), and image
formats are to be supplied in high definition JPEG (.jpg), PNG (.png), TIF (.tif ), RAW, or Adobe Applications(.ai, .psd).
c. Final proofreading/checking. In the event that client has approved deliverables but errors exist, client shall incur the cost of correcting such errors.
5. Miscellaneous. Please note that the process described above is tentative and subject to change if our research/analysis deems it so.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

ALTERNATIVE 1 - One Time Payment

Total Value: 8% Discount IDR144,302,000
100% of the total professional fees must be paid before Kick Off Meeting.

ALTERNATIVE 2 - Two Times Payment

Total Value: 5% Discount IDR149,007,500
70% down payment must be paid before Kick Off Meeting and 30% before Day 90 of the Project.
ALTERNATIVE 3 - Three Times Payment
Total Value: No Discount IDR156,850,000
30% down payment must be paid before Kick Off Meeting, 40% right before Day 60 of the Project, and 30% before Day 90 of the Project.
