I am a 4th year student taking up Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of St. La
Salle. As a graduating senior, I am required to undergo a total of 125 hours of Internship in the
1 st Semester of this Academic Year in a reputable company where I can experience hands-on
application of what I learned from my field of discipline in the actual work environment.

For this reason, I have chosen your company as a venue for this supervised training and will be
