EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT AMONG HEIRS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Extrajudicial Settlement Among Heirs is made and entered into this _______________ by
and among:

HEIR 1, of legal age, Filipino, residing at [Address];

and

HEIR 2, of legal age, Filipino, residing at [Address];

and

HEIR 3, of legal age, Filipino, residing at [Address];

and

HEIR 4, of legal age, Filipino, residing at [Address];

WHEREAS, [Name of the deceased] (the “Deceased”) died intestate, without will or
testament, and without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

WHEREAS, [Name of the deceased] was the absolute and registered owner of a parcel of
land located at [Address of Leased Premises], (the “Subject Property”);

WHEREAS, no personal properties are involved in this Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate

Among Heirs, and that to the best of our knowledge and information of the parties hereto, the
Deceased left no debts;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, and
being with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the Subject
Property, in equal shares.

"Decedent," with respect to the property described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Decedent passed away on [date of death], leaving no will or testament;

WHEREAS, the aforementioned property is currently leased to Laricel’s Jewelry, hereinafter

referred to as the "Lessee," under a lease agreement dated [date of the lease agreement]; and

WHEREAS, the undersigned heirs are the legal and rightful heirs of the Decedent and wish to
settle and adjudicate the leased property among themselves without resorting to judicial
proceedings;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and other
valuable consideration, the undersigned heirs agree as follows:

1. Confirmation of Heirship: The undersigned heirs acknowledge and confirm that they
are the only legal heirs of the Decedent, entitled to succeed and inherit the Decedent's
estate, including the leased property.

2. Adjudication of Property: The leased property shall be adjudicated among the

undersigned heirs as follows:

3. Representations and Warranties : Each undersigned heir represents and warrants

construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes
arising out of or in connection with this settlement shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Meycauayan, Bulacan.

5. Entire Agreement: This Extrajudicial Settlement Among Heirs constitutes the entire
agreement among the undersigned heirs and supersedes all prior oral or written
agreements, understandings, or representations.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned heirs have executed this Extrajudicial Settlement
Among Heirs as of the date first written above.
