WAIVER OF RIGHTS
I, ROMEO V. BARRAMEDA, of legal age, married, residing at Block 8 Lot
10 San Marito North 1 Subd., Brgy. Salawag, Dasmariñas, Cavite, after being
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. I am son of Eulalio F. Barrameda, who died intestate sometime in April

1972, living a property covered by an Original Certificate of Title No. VH-
16725 (Free Patent No. 513151) located in Brgy. Namanday, Cagraray
Island, Municipality of Bacacay, Province of Albay;

2. That being one of the heirs a Eulalio, by operation of law I am the owner
of the portion equivalent to one-half (1/2) of the aforesaid property;

3. That adjacent portion of my hereditary share, a residential house is

erected and owned by JEFFREY BOTER ABION and RIZI B. BASCO-
ABION facing the Lagonoy Gulf;

4. That being the owner I have no intention to appropriate for myself the lot
adjacent to my property wherein a residential house of Jeffrey Boter
Abion is erected, thus WAVING MY RIGHTS IN THEIR FAVOR;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
