    The Toastmasters club would like to hold club sessions and different club activities in the
    presence of faculty advisor, Ms Sayeeda Sharmin. In relation to this, we would like to reserve a
    50-capacity room for these club activities from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm every Thursday (Starting
    from 1st June 2023) throughout this Summer 2023 semester. Thank you for your kind cooperation
    regarding this matter.
