AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED

I. PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT.

This agreement is made between the Law & Mediation Offices of Elizabeth Yang (“Attorneys”),
hereafter referred to as “Attorneys,” and Sabrina Blash hereafter referred to as “Clients.”

II. LEGAL SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED.

The legal services to be provided by Attorneys to Client are as follows: Review Postnup

III. LEGAL SERVICES SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED.

Legal services that are excluded under this agreement specifically include, but are not limited to,
the following: tax advice, criminal law advice and debt collection advice.

If Client wishes Attorney to provide any legal services excluded under this agreement, a separate
written agreement between Attorney and Client will be required.

IV. FEE.

Client will pay Attorneys a __ fixed____ fee in the amount of $1,000.

V. COSTS.

Client will pay costs if necessary, including, but not limited to filing fees and process server fees.

VI. DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTY.

Although Attorneys may offer an opinion about possible results regarding the subject matter of
this agreement, Attorneys cannot guarantee any particular result. Client acknowledges that
Attorneys have made no promises about the outcome and that any opinion offered by Attorneys
in the future will not constitute a guaranty.
VII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties. No other agreement, statement, or
promise made on or before the effective date of this agreement will be binding on the parties.

VIII. EFFECTIVE DATE OF AGREEMENT.

The effective date of this agreement will be the date on which Attorneys is in receipt of one copy
of the agreement executed by Client and the initial payment required by Paragraph IV of this
agreement.

IX. SIGNATURES OF PARTIES
