the entrepreneurial mind?
• The personality that seeks opportunities that i have in connecting with
entrepreneurial mindset is competitive desire to excel and use failure as a
learning tools.

2. What is entrepreneurial mind?

• Entrepreneurial mind is a set of cognitive process that triggers the
individuals to act or to behave entrepreneurially . Also a set of skills that
enable people to identify and make the most of opportunities, overcome
and learn from setbacks, and succeed in variety of setting.

3. What is the theory that is inclined with entrepreneurial mind?

• The theory that inclined with entrepreneurial mind is the psychological
theory by Dr. McClelland and Dr. Atkinson.

4. Differentiate management and leadership skills?

• Management consists of controlling a group or a set of entities
to accomplish a goal.
• Leadership refers to an individual’s ability to influence, motivate, and
enable others to contribute toward organizational success. Influence
and inspiration separate leader from manager, not power and control.
5. What are the attitudes and behavior towards entrepreneurial
mindset?

of settings.

3. What is the theory that is inclined with entrepreneurial mind?

 The psychological theory by Dr,Mcclellad Dr,Atkinson this theory is
accepted on entrepreneurial behavior. The theory states that people are
motivated by the principles needs.
