1.0 INTRODUCTION

3.2 INTRODUCTION OF PROJECT

This project is to build a celebrity restaurant. Student should do client study by finding
a celebrity as client and need to study their character and business conducted to
create a space and design the restaurant. We should find a restaurant or cafe as our
precedence study to study on how a restaurant works, their material, layout, space and
kitchen equipment needed based on menu. This task need to be done in a group of 2
or 3.

We had given a site in Pasir Mas, Kelantan and students need to do analysis to solve
the site issues. As we done doing analysis of the site, students need to design a
restaurant and must consist retail.

1.2 ISSUE NEED TO FACE DURING PROJECT

1) Time management
May often have multiple academic tasks to do within strict deadlines. Writing
assignments amidst such a busy schedule is no easy feat. The best try is creating a
timetable and setting out priorities right to solve this issue.

2) Weak analysis
Writing assignments get more complicated if we don’t develop strong analytical skills.
Read as many reference as can to hone analytical skills with time.

3) Use of unfamiliar words

Wrong or inappropriate words can disrupt the meaning of sentence. Students must
always use an online spell checker or thesaurus before using an unfamiliar word.

1.3 OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

This project is a continuely of what students have learned from the previous studio
project. One more case study is done before every is done before every project to look
at the issues of both design and technical. Issues that can be looked at include coic of
structure, site surrounding context, spatial relationship, technology application, design
ideas and approaches and other related issues.

2.0 CASE AND PRECEDENCE STUDY

2.1 INTRODUCTION OF CHEESE RESTAURANT

CHEE-SE RESTAURANT

Following the success of the first store, Chee-se Hoa Thanh continues to be a big
wave to Tay Ninh youth in general, and families in particular. Not only bringing
interesting experiences in Korean cuisine, especially with pizza - fried chicken and
doughnuts, but Cheese also has the ambition to introduce to the people here a space
to enjoy unique and incomparable products. For those reasons, Ksoul Studio
continues to accompany Chee-se, participating in this store interior design journey

3
2.2 CONCEPT AND PHILOSOPHY

Inspired by layers of melted cheese in the brand identity, with two main colors of yellow
and gray, Ksoul has adapted a very special aesthetics picture with a new space and
many layers of surprising emotions. Covering the entire faCade in light gray with yellow
curving lines, Ksoul has been extremely delicate when creating a cubic effect, and a
multi-dimensional space with many layers. Throughout this place, there is not only the
language of curves, but also the separation of pastel-colored walls, creating a sense of
friendliness, and extremely prominent for the design style that Ksoul has chosen for
this project.

4
With the policy that aesthetics must go along with function, every little detail in the
store is easily recognized why they were chosen and put into use. Single side tables
inspired by jigsaw puzzles have shown their full potential to become long tables for big
parties. The bar and the cashier are designed neatly and squarely in the shape of a
rectangle, and surely there would be no more perfect choice for the surface than
stainless steel, combined with glossy enamel tiles to bring a sense of harmony and the
clean feeling required for an F&B store. The ground floor space is painted in yellow

and gray.

Approaching the first floor, you will be surprised with another very impressive color -
pastel pink painted with an ombre effect on the curved wall surface. The interesting
combination of colors and materials, such as the glass tiles or the long-lasting silicone
lights on the ceiling, and the delicate array of ornamental plants covered in uniform
colors create a coherent effect throughout the whole design. And the most special
feature is the layout of the division of single tables, group tables, and take-away areas;
which also contributes to the fact that Ksoul pays great attention to comfort and privacy
quests.

5
At the first floor, you will be surprised with another very impressive color - pastel pink
painted with an ombre effect on the curved wall surface. Looking back at the store
chains that Ksoul has cooperated with, we are extremely grateful for the trust from our
customers. Thanks to that, we understand more about cultivating skills and creativity
to not only bring customers more aesthetic drawings but also be practical in the
process.

3.1 SITE ANALYSIS

To run this site analysis, we were divided into 4 people to facilitate the collection of
data found on the site we chose, And the data that we have obtained, we make the
information in the form of diagrams and pictorial information, to facilitate the
explanation among other groups, then the information that we get, is used as a guide
and guide to the shape of the building and connecting the environment such as the sun
Orientation , wind direction and best view.
The site introduction highlights the key plan in the Pasir Mas district, the address on

the proposed site is Lot PT 661, Jalan Tok Guru 17070 Asir Mas Kelantan, the area
close to the proposed site is the Pasir Mas District Council and Mara Pasir Mas High
Skill College.

For the entrance to the building, we recommend a one-way exit and entrance to
reduce congestion in the restaurant
that will be built, in addition to the
proposed pedestrian path and parking
lot are also analyzed for appropriate
placement on the proposed site.
