Twin-screw type pump used for (Transfer, loading, unloading) of light and heavy
oil products with up to date design according to API (676(.
Pump Parameters:
Screw type pump, mechanical seal with self-venting arrangement.
Suction/Discharge (4×4) inch flange according to ANSI: Class 150B 16.5(slip on
flange).
Flow Rate: 41 ― 46 m3/hr.
Pressure: 4 ― 6 bar.
NPSHa not more than (3) M
Type of fluid: Light and heavy oil products (Fuel oil, gas oil and oil,…) and the
specifications of fluid according to marketing specifications of Iraqi petroleum products.
Means of Rotation: Diesel engine is connected to the pump by means of direct coupling
(direct coupling with no spacer) coupling shall be accessible for disassembly without
requiring the removal of the pump, engine or any major part. Coupling shall be equipped with
safety guard.

Diesel engine specification

Two cylinder, air-cooled diesel engine, operating by control panel (EX) with all
accessories or manual by means of hand crank (wire rope is not acceptable).
Power: 15 KW (± ratio of design requirement to give pump performance range).
Exhaust system shall be equipped with flame arrester.
Engine and pump are mounted on a trolley for easy movement in site by means of
suitable large tire.

Ambient temp: (- 10 55+ ‫ ــــــــ‬C˚).

Warranty:
360 days from the date of takeover, inspection and conformity of all quantity. Warranty
shall include manufacturing and designing defects and operations’ failures. The final
handover should be in O.P.D.C stores in Baghdad (Dura).

10% of the total price of the equipment, sufficient for two years to be chosen by O.P.D.C.
from a list.

The third party inspection certificate should be provided from one of these
companies (LIODS register, Intertek global, TÜV Rheinland, DNV) for overall check
and approval and the cost on the supplier.

One pump of acceptable offer must be sent to be criterion before supplying full
quantity within a period of (30) days from the date of signing the contract to prove
above all specifications( sat test )
In case of failure the sample to match specifications this requires treatment
according to paragraph (35) conditions of contract own.
