 Accomplishment report

During my work immersion at the hospital, I was able to gain practical experience and
exposure to the healthcare industry. My primary role was to observe and assist healthcare
professionals in their daily duties, particularly in monitoring patients' blood pressure and
pulse rate.

Throughout the duration of my work immersion, I observed various techniques used

by healthcare professionals to monitor patients' blood pressure and pulse rate accurately. I
also learned about the importance of recording accurate readings, as these measurements help
healthcare professionals evaluate the overall health status of patients. By closely observing
and assisting healthcare professionals, I gained a better understanding of the role that
monitoring vital signs plays in diagnosing and treating medical conditions.

I was given the opportunity to take the blood pressure and pulse rate of patients under
the supervision of healthcare professionals. I was able to apply the skills I learned during my
training, and I was able to obtain accurate readings consistently. My attention to detail and
willingness to learn allowed me to support healthcare professionals in delivering quality care
to patients.

Throughout my work immersion, I had the opportunity to work with healthcare

professionals from various disciplines. I learned how to work efficiently as a member of a
healthcare team and how to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. My ability
to work well with others allowed me to contribute effectively to the overall quality of patient
care.

My work immersion at the hospital was an enriching experience that allowed me to

gain practical experience in the healthcare industry. I was able to develop my skills in
monitoring vital signs and working effectively as a member of a healthcare team. I am
grateful for the opportunity to learn from experienced healthcare professionals and contribute
to the overall care of patients.
