I am writing to show my interest in management trainee position open at PT. ACE HARDWARE
INDONESIA TBK. I am very familiar with your products and services in the sector of modern retail that apply
the “one-stop shopping” system in selling good quality home improvement and lifestyle products and would be
honoured to work, perform well and do the given tasks for your company.

About my birth, I was born in Jakarta, August 31 st, 1995. Then, my study in university about finance
(Associate’s Degree) had led me until now to be aware of at least the basics and intermediate knowledge about
finance and banking including stocks, accounting, financial statement, balance sheet, basic business model
(demand and supply), bank reconciliation statement, accounts payable and accounts receivable. The experience I
got when I joined several events held by ISA and FAMIG (PPIT) had led me to have an increased skill in being
able to work in team (to perform well despite the pressure given) and theatrical art respectively. Detailed courses
that I took would be listed in the university transcript. As for my skills, I consider myself to be an organized person
because I like to manage my schedule, tasks and what I wear in daily basis. Also, I like to manage both my brother
and sister at home. My experiences in facing previous exams at learning years led me to set a time in studying the
courses and limit the time in doing practice exams. On the other hand, my other skills are networking (4/5),
bookkeeping (3/5), Theatrical art (5/5), managing (4/5), HR knowledge (4/5), Adobe Photoshop (2/5), iMovie
(4/5), SOP (3/5), Microsoft Word (5/5), Microsoft Power Point (5/5) and Microsoft Excel (4/5). My language
skills are covering as follows; Bahasa Indonesia (5/5), English (4/5) and Mandarin Chinese (3/5). My experience
as a junior marketing officer in CamHR (Hainan) Human Resources Consulting Ltd., gave me an additional
knowledge in terms of marketing and human resources. I was part of the initial team that started the company. I
researched the Southeast Asian market in terms of its immigration and employment act. I compiled, researched
and browsed those documents in relevant to give legitimacy for the company to be able to bring Southeast Asian
workers to Hainan Island in China. Then, when I was an intern at PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk., I did many SOPs
(converted Word documents into a structured SOP's diagrams), revised calculations and be an assistant.

My current mental and physical health is healthy and hereby are the relevant documents for this
application.
