Branson Tourism Video/On-Camera

Seeking the following Talent: Seeking all non-union talent, who are clean, wholesome, fit/active, attractive and upscale casual, but not model types. Please note, some roles will be cast in Branson, and we will not be traveling talent in for those roles, however, if you represent talent who are local Branson residents, and who wish to audition, we are happy to schedule them for an audition in any of the three cities in which we are auditioning.
Girlfriends/ Spring/ :30 Need to LOOK like 35 to a young 50. These women will be riding a zip line and must be comfortable with this activity and the height it includes. 1: Girlfriend 1 Caucasian/ Blonde. 2: Girlfriend 2 Caucasian/ Brunette. 3: Girlfriend 3 AA/ Mix. 4: Girlfriend 4 Hispanic. Family/ Summer/ :30 Family/ Summer/ ALT/ :30 Mom and Dad should appear active and in shape (no guts). Should have natural appearance (unpretentious). This family will be utilizing Jet Skis. All must be comfortable with being on jet ski and be comfortable with swimming in a lake. 1: Dad Age 35-45. Salt and Pepper hair (not bald/balding). 2: Mom Age 35-45. Blonde. 3: Kid 1/ Boy Age 6-8. Male will be cast in BRANSON 4: Kid 2/ Girl Age 11-12. Girl. will be cast in BRANSON Couple/ Fall/ :30 Couple should appear active and in shape (no guts). Should have natural appearance (unpretentious). This couple will be kayaking must have experience and comfort level with this activity! 1: Man Age (LOOKS) 45-50. Open to lighter or darker features (Not blonde or Bald/ balding). 2: Woman Age (LOOKS) 45-50. Open to Blonde or Brunette. Extended Family/ Xmas/ :30 We are open to having one of the parents and one of the grandparents looking slightly ethnic/ Hispanic. All should appear active and in shape (again, no noticeable guts please). Should have natural appearance (unpretentious).

Pay Rate: $1,000 flat + 20% agency fee. For those talent selected from the St. Louis or Kansas City Casting, additional travel costs will be covered, as well. $200 flat, including agency fee for extras we will be utilizing only local/Branson talent for these roles. Usage/Buyout: In perpetuity. Usage to be regional. Conflicts: Tourism or related industry companies playing within the Midwest region.

Audition attire/dress: Talent should Dress to Suggest for the role they are auditioning for, keeping in mind that clients want a high-end version of that character representing their product(s). Additional audition information: Talent are asked to bring TWO (2) hard copies of their acting headshot with attached resume including with them at the time of their audition. We will not accept later or packaged submissions from agents. It is also strongly recommended that all talent be registered with Breakdown Services and/or Actors Access, as these auditions will be uploaded and posted using this service, and this will help guarantee that all decision makers will have access to all marketing materials such as professional headshot, resume, profile, and if elected to upload, the actors demo reel and/or Actors Slate, as well. Actors Access is a FREE service for talent. Audition cancellations/no-shows: A list of talent who do not show up for their audition, or who cancel with less than 24 hours notice is maintained in our office. In the event that a talent misses or cancels 3 or more audition appointments within a 6-month period of time, they will not be welcome to return for future opportunities. Script/dialog: N/A all roles are non-speaking.

Shoot Dates/info:

wardrobe fittings on Friday September 30th. Shoot dates are October 3, 4, 5, and 6 with a rain date of the 7th.

To schedule auditions: Auditions must be scheduled in advance by agents. Please call in advance to arrange an appropriate number of audition time slots for your talent. Auditions will be scheduled in 5-minute increments, with one talent scheduled for each time slot. Each agent will be assigned specific time slots. Upon filling your time slots, please submit a complete list of all talent scheduled, including their current union status. Schedules must be submitted to our office no later than 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the audition. Notification of scheduled talent auditions: Upon scheduling talent, agents must submit a list of scheduled talent including first and last names, ethnicity and role auditioning for. Directions to St.Louis audition location: We are located in an upstairs office of a cream color strip plaza. We are directly across the street from a Public Storage facility. To enter the building, please enter the doors on the south end, by utilizing the black stairs outside of the building. Should wheelchair accommodations be needed, please call our office in advance, so we may arrange to have someone unlock the front door and utilize the key for the wheelchair accessible elevator. From downtown: Highway 40 west to the Brentwood Blvd. Exit. Turn left (south) onto Brentwood Blvd. Continue on Brentwood Blvd. crossing Manchester Rd., crossing railroad tracks, entering into Webster Groves City Limits. Office will be on the right. From SouthWest: Highway 44 to the Elm Avenue Exit. Turn left (North) onto Elm. Continue on Elm to Kirkham/Brentwood Blvd, where you will vear to the right to go onto Brentwood Blvd. Continue on Brentwood Blvd. to building on your left. From West: Highway 40 to the Brentwood Blvd. exit. Exit right/south onto Brentwood. From the North: Highway 170 south to the Eager Road Exit. Turn right (west) onto Eager Road. At the stoplight, turn left (south) onto Brentwood Blvd. Public Transportation: The nearest Metrolink stops are the Brentwood stop, near Dierbergs, and the Maplewood stop near Manchester and Hanley Blvd. Also, the bus line does make several stops on Brentwood Blvd.
