CyberSecurity SOP

1. All external storage USB required to do a full scan from Sandbox PC, before connecting to the
company network. This is to minimize malware attack internally.
2. Only register USB storage can be used in local network except customer USB that are require to
do a full scan before connecting to the company asset.
3. Type of removable USB that are require to register
a. External Storage
i. Pendrive
ii. External hard drive/ssd
b. HP, Tab, IPad n etc.
4. Sandbox PC isolated from network.
5. Do not click suspicious email that contains attachment or url link.
a. Please aware of this attachment
i. File name. File extension. Exe or msi.
ii. Example:
1. Abc.pdf.exe or abc.pdf.msi
2. Abc.docx.exe or abc.docx.msi
3. Abc.xls.exe or abc.docx.msi
