RELEASE WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

Philippines, after having been duly sworn to, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the caretaker / tenant of a parcel of land owned and duly registered under the name
of (the “Owner”), located at ____________________________________________,

2. For and in consideration of the sum of money amounting to

paid by the Owner/s on ___ April 2022 (the “Service Fee”) in exchange of my services in
temporarily cultivating, monitoring, and securing the premises of the Subject Property. I
hereby acknowledge receipt of the Service Fee to my full and complete satisfaction;

3. In this regard, I hereby RELINQUISH, RELEASE, RENOUNCE, WAIVE, ABANDON,

QUIT CLAIM, AND/ OR FOREVER DISCHARGE the Owner/s, her/their duly authorized
representative/s, agent/s, assign/s, and/or successor/s-in-interest, from any and all
claims arising from and/or in relation to the Subject Property;

4. I, my duly authorized representative/s, agent/s, assign/s, and/or successor/s-in-interest,

hereby waive and renounce any and all respective claims, counterclaims, and causes of
action against the Owner/s, her/their representative/s and/or successor/s-in-interest,
from any and all claims arising from and/or in relation to the Subject Property;

5. I have full knowledge that the purpose of this release waiver and quitclaim is to
completely and absolutely discharge and release the Owner/s, her/their duly authorized
representative/s, agent/s, assign/s, and/or successor/s-in-interest, from any and all
claims and liabilities arising from and/or in relation to the Subject Property; and

6. I have read and understood all the contents and effects / consequences of this release
waiver and quitclaim, and hereby execute this document / instrument freely and
voluntarily without any moral nor physical threat, coercion, force, intimidation, duress,
nor any similar acts in any form whatsoever.
