X was bullied because of her weight. From this experience, she became insecure about her weight
making her very conscious with what and how much she eats. Being physically conscious, she developed
a habit of always checking her calorie intake. Every time she eats or decides what to eat, she checks how
much calorie her meal has. However, her problem is whenever she searches for the calorie count of a
meal on the internet, there are many links/websites that pops out and she has to click every link to
check.

Furthermore, X started to compare herself to her classmates. She is overweight while her classmates
have thin physiques. From this, she wants to lose weight but does not know how to.
