Sl. SCOPE OF WORK
1 Dismantle the drive shaft/ Cylinders and recondition if required.
2 Change all the seals, bearing, bushes on the drive shafts/cylinders
3 Chack and rearrange/replace the screws according to wear
4 Replace tube and mass guide with new ones
5 Check the side plates and levelling plates for were and bush play
6 Check the compaction system, shaft, key, excentric bush, bearing
7 Replace comp. shaft, key, excentric bushes, bearing if required
8 Check the chains and sprokets- replace chain for screws
9 Check the wheel bearings for play and wear
10 Check the drive belts
11 Check the strand guide clearance and hydraulic lift system
12 Check and reset position of tubes, sideplates and levelling beam ass.
13 Check and clean electrical panelboard and connections
14 Check and clean electrical sockets and cable connections.
15 Check the functions of emergency switches
16 Lubricate
17 Test run on the stand
