    I, Maricel S. Lara, resident and former BHW of Behia Tiaong Quezon is writing this letter with utmost
    respect to request from your good office one (1) wheelchair for my husband who is suffering from his
    stroke last (kelan sya nastroke ?). I resigned from my position because I need to take care of my husband
    and because of financial problem, we cannot afford to buy it for my husband.
    We really appreciate the fact that you are so generous and thoughtful.
