We cordially invite you for the 4th congress and 10th annual-
meeting of IOSSMA with theme “Advancing Arthroscopic Sur-
gery in Orthopaedic Sports Injury” on September 1st – 3rd in
Pullman & Ibis Styles Bandung Grand Central, Bandung, Indo-
nesia.

This meeting will provide various innovations and cutting-edge surgical techniques as
well as approaches from national and international expert speakers. They will share
experiences, knowledge, new techniques, and advanced technique of arthroscopic
surgery in the management of sports injuries.

The event will be served in various educational programs such as lectures, symposia,
workshops, and poster presentations.

As the committee of this meeting. We cordially invite you to

“The 4th Congress And 10th Annual Meeting of IOSSMA 2022”.
The meeting will be held from September 1st- 3rd, 2022 at Pullman
and Ibis Styles Hotel, Grand Central Bandung, West Java as
one of the biggest sports injury events in Indonesia.

Through this event, we will share the latest knowledge related

to sports injuries from experienced speakers who are experts
in their �ields both from within and outside the country, from
basic to advanced treatment, case discussion, tips and tricks in
surgery, practical knowledge, and also an applicable method that can be used in daily
practice.

This event will be held in the city of Bandung, one of the largest cities in Indonesia, the
center of education, and also a world-famous tourist destination. Bandung offers various
kinds of culture, entertainment, and various types of culinary which are very famous.
This meeting also will be carried out following the applicable health protocol rules.

Call for Abstracts

The 4th Congress And 10th Annual Meeting IOSSMA 2022 Indonesian Orthopedic Society For Sports Medicine
and Arthroscopy “Advancing Arthroscopic Surgery in Orthopaedic Sports Injury”, will be held in Bandung, Indonesia
on September 1st – 3rd, 2022. Type of study can be ranging from case report and original article which can cover either
basic or clinical �ield in orthopaedic sport surgery. The abstract can be submitted start from February 1st, 2022.
Please follow the instructions for submitting the abstract below.

Deadline for Abstract Submission

Deadline for abstract submission is August 1st, 2022 11.59 PM local time (Indonesia Standard Time / GMT +7). Please
submit your abstract as soon as possible before the dealine.

Announcement of Accepted Abstract

The accepted abstract will be announced on August 15th, 2022. The presenting author will be noti�ied by email. Please
note that the con�irmation email will not be sent to co-author(s).

The committee will accept all abstract categories Abstract Acceptance Each abstract will be reviewed by the peer

• ONSITE REGISTRATION
Those who have not registered in advance may register at onsite registration desk. Cash payment in Rupiah will be
accepted during onsite registration. No refund will be made for onsite registration fees.

• ONLINE REGISTRATION
Make sure your internet connection is connected properly and sufficient to make the registration process. Online
registration process, it is highly recommended to use Fire Fox, Safari or Chrome. IE is not recommended. Complete all
the fields in the registration form, make sure there are no missing fields. Complete the �ield on the form of payment
with the same data on the registration form. Make sure there are no missing columns. If complete, continue the regis-
tration process by pressing “Register” button. Next you will receive a message to con�irm payment through the e-mail
address you specify.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Upon receipt of the registration form and the appropriate fees of receipt and registration of the of�icial con�irmation
will be sent. Please indicate the registration con�irmation at the registration table to get the participant’s identity and
symposium kit.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
1.Cancellation is submitted in writing and will be followed up after the congress is completed.
2.Written cancelation received before August 1st, 2022 refund of 50%, no refund thereafter.

HOTEL POLICY
Due to high demand on the hotel room at the time of congress, the committee strongly recommended early reserva-
tions. Hotel room reservation services depend on hotel room availability.

ROOM RATE
Hotel rooms at special congress rate are being held for the congress participants at Pullman & Ibis Styles Bandung
Grand Central. Room rates are in Rupiah, per night and per room included breakfast for two persons. Reservations
must be made through the congress secretariat to guarantee the indicated rate negotiates for the congress.

ACCOMMODATION REGULATION
1.Hotel room rate is net including 2 (two breakfasts).
2.Of�icial Check-in time is at 15.00 and check-out is at 12:00 in local time.
3.Approval early check-in and late check-out is the hotel’s policy.
4.Reservations cannot be made without full deposit of a number of nights booking based on room availability.
5.No show will be applied on the �irst night of the delay and will result in a loss of 1 night deposit.
