Lesson 7: PROBLEM SOLVING

First Semester

Name: Date:

Today we hear about problems everywhere; from newspapers, on TV,

from our neighbors, family, and friends. The temptation is to conclude that life
is full of problems and therefore, too complicated. But this isn't true; life is not
just a lot of problems to be solved. Life is a wonderful mystery, which we must
know to live.
Most of our problems don't just happen: They are the result of a series of
wrong decisions. Problems are challenged that must be faced, sorrows that
must be overcome, a struggle that must be fought, and a puzzle that must be
solved. All these we can accomplish if we put our trust in God. Beyond our
troubles and crises, sins and discouragement, there is God with His gift and His
love.
Bible Reading - Psalm 46

What are my 5 main problems? (This includes family, friends, and

classmates) What is the most important of these 5? Do I confront my problems
or do I run away from them? What relationship do our problems have with
God? Does God play an important role in my life?
