A Reflection paper to a Film “Whiplash”

It is true that life is full of obstacles and challenges and it depends on

how we live it to conquer all of this in order to live the life we are aiming.

The movie entitled “Whiplash” is not just a movie, but a movie that is
full of lessons to apply in every situation of youth who dream to be
successful in his/her dream career and this movie is really an inspiring
movie. I am amazed and inspired by the young character, Andrew Niemann,
with his eagerness to be the greatest jazz drummer. He is so determined to
rise up just to be the world top most elite music conservatory. He make all
the humiliation and bullying that was thrown to him by the terrifying
teaching methods of his instructor— Terrence Fletcher. He is somehow a
good instructor but somehow his teaching methods is quite surprising. But
he is still great instructor despite of his unfavorable teaching methods
because he make all his students a great and successful elite music
conservatory.

Overall, the movie is a five star rating and is very recommended. The
overall lightning and color combinations make more the movie very
interesting. After watching the movie, one the lesson I’ve learned is
perseverance. Andrew Niemann portrays a role that really an inspiration to
every person who will watch this. The movie also gave me the thought of, “To
a person, who is perseverance and determined to achieve his/her dreams
will be successful in the future.” The only key of pursuing a career to be
successful is the willingness to take all the risk that life will bring along our
way.
