Manufacturer Installation instruction shows the BFV shaft to be installed vertically,

5 wherever the valve is located after immediately changes in direction. Such
installations cannot operate the chain operated valves.

Proposed brand "GALA" has no track record with any critical infrastructure or data

centre projects, installation approvals, or customer recommendations.

The majority of the valves in the attached approval history pertain to the approval of
9 plumbing valves, not for HVAC and the approvals refer to valves made in USA, not
made in China.

For the past 15 years in the European, American, and Middle Eastern regions,

there has been a significant lack of evidence supporting the product's genuineness.

Proposed supplier “Jiangsu Jingtian Building Contracting L.L.C” previous approvals

related to the material supply to hyper scale data centre is not provided. Previous

approval referring to the residential building and the material was supplied by “AL
RAMAL” as per the documents submissions.

12 Control section related to the control valves are not complied.

All the heavy duty valve bodies must be coated with epoxy coating of 300 micron

from factory and nuts/bolts shall be stainless steel 316 L.
14 All the valves types are not listed in the material submission.
