Striving to achieve happiness is one of my fundamental goal .

Well-being is the experience of

health, happiness, and prosperity in life. It includes having good mental health, high life satisfaction, a
sense of meaning or purpose, and the ability to manage stress. I need to build a variety of these skills to
cope with the wide variety of situations I encounter in my life. I have built these emotional well-being skills,
we can better cope with stress, handle my emotions in the face of challenges, and quickly recover from
disappointments. As a result, I can enjoy our lives a bit more, be happier and pursue my goals a bit more
effectively.

Having a satisfaction feeling is being happy in your life. We experience it immediately and in the
moment. It is the happiness that exists when we talk about the past and the big picture.
Satisfaction is also achieving one goal in my life step by step. After all the hardwork and effort I
give in such a particular goal, the feeling of happiness and satisfaction is really unexplainable.
Goals doesn’t mean you need to win an Oscar or make a million dollars. I have a simple number
one goal and that is to be happy no matter what challenge I face because I believe that
everything happens for a reason.

I have many goals I life. As time goes by I have discovered many things that I must face or deal
first before reaching those goals. One my goal is to finish my studies and have a decent job. I
have experience difficulties in reaching this goal but I believe that with these challenges it will
make me stronger. Challenges were made to make me a stronger person. I plan to achieve and
reach my goals no matter what happen and it will be with the help myself, my family and friends.

According to World Health Organization stress can be defined as a state of

worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation. Stress is a natural
human response that prompts us to address challenges and threats in our
lives. Stress is how we react when we feel under pressure or threatened. It
usually happens when we are in a situation that we don't feel we can manage
or control. Stress is a normal human reaction that happens to everyone. In
fact, the human body is designed to experience stress and react to it. When
you experience changes or challenges, your body produces physical and
mental responses.
Stress responses help your body adjust to new situations. Stress can be
positive, keeping us alert, motivated and ready to avoid danger. For example,
if you have an important test coming up, a stress response might help your
body work harder and stay awake longer. But stress becomes a problem
when challenges continue without relief or periods of relaxation.

You can’t avoid stress, but you can stop it from becoming overwhelming by
practicing some daily strategies. When I feel stress I do exercise, even a short
walk can boost my mood. At the end of each day, take a moment to think
about what you’ve accomplished not what you didn’t get done. I set goals for
my day, week and month. Narrowing the view will help us feel more in control
of the moment and long-term tasks. Take good care of my body each day.
Eating right, exercising and getting enough sleep help my body handle stress
much better. Stay positive and practice gratitude, acknowledging the good
parts my day or life.

Accept that you can’t control everything. Find ways to let go of worry about
situations you cannot change. Learn to say “no” to additional responsibilities
when you are too busy or stressed. Stay connected with people who keep you
calm, make you happy, provide emotional support and help you with practical
things. A friend, family member or neighbour can become a good listener or
share responsibilities so that stress doesn’t become overwhelming.

Stress management gives you a range of tools to reset and to recalibrate your
alarm system. It can help your mind and body adapt. Without it, your body
might always be on high alert. Over time, chronic stress can lead to serious
health problems. Don't wait until stress damages your health, relationships or
quality of life. Start practicing stress management techniques today.
