“THE OUTLAW’S DECLINE”

Arizona, 1923… Erik Vanderlinde, a rebel undocumented outlaw rode at a gallop

from the frozen mountains of Ambarino to Blackwater, New Austin where he would
have to fit in a civilization ruled by the petrol industry which thrived thanks to the
high spheres of the city while he would have to finish his contract with the Sheriff to
be free.

In a little hovel on the outskirts of the city, it's found the young Erina Pendleton who
was running to the bank to pay her house debts in the same hurry as a fox chasing a
marmot. She passed years thinking that she wouldn't pay for the house completely, but
a week before, her husband fell off into a mine and found loads of golden pips, so she
thinks that God gave her an opportunity.
While she was running she stumbled upon a tall and mysterious guy. He had a strange
but charming smile that fit with his blue eyes and blond hair. A man who immediately
helped her to recover, she thought he was a good and handsome man and continued on
the way to the bank. But She didn't know that he was the fugitive Erik Vanderlinde,
who was trying to find Jack Horner, Dalton's crew member who robbed and killed a
luxurious family in an old cabin three days ago next to Crystal Lake.
Thanks to his information, he knew that Mr. Holner was at the salon because of his
drinking problem. And he was right, a robust and mustachioed Horner with his
surname was at the place, but unfortunately for the bounty hunter, the outlaw wasn't
alone, he was with other members of the crew. Then he thought that this would be
interesting.
As soon as Horner saw him he challenged him to fight a duel because he Knew his old
secret life and profession. And Erik accepts without thinking about it.
For five minutes all was in absolute silence, the air blown with intensity, and nobody
was in the street apart from them.
The glances exchanged like a clash of football teams that were at the final of the
tournament.
All the townsfolk's eyes behind the windows were pointing at the scene, waiting until
the incessant dripping stopped. And in this precise moment, the two gunslingers shot
against each other…But only one kept standing.
Erik hit the target, but the gun of the dead body shot at a house, burning it after
spilling a lantern, everything blazed, including the young man that was there.

All arrived at its end, The town was safe, and Erik reclaimed his bounty and chased
the other members who escaped. All was right.
But Erik didn't know that a furious Erina Pendleton would chase him until his death.
