“Building a Better World, One Learner at a time.”

This phrase exemplifies Marbel 1 Central Elementary School's goal as it strives

for academic success and holistic development of its students by giving equitable
opportunity regardless of gender, religion, socioeconomic position, or ethnicity. True to
its commitment to build and transform learners, the school continues to uphold
Campus Journalism based on Republic Act 7079 or otherwise known as Campus
Journalism Act of 1991. Marbel 1 Central Elementary School as a seedbed of aspiring
and promising journalists has produced division, regional, and national winners in
individual writing and radio broadcasting events.

To sustain the program with regard to journalism, the school is planning to

open another curriculum offering which is the Special Program in Journalism (SPJ)
aside from the existing curriculum programs in K to 12 BEP and Special Education
(SPEd) Program. Through the implementation of SPJ, the school will continue to hone
and enhance the journalistic skills of the learners.

In line with this, the school will put up a speech laboratory for the SPJ and for
other academic activities. We would like to ask help from your good office for the
following materials to wit:

a. Twenty (20) latex

b. Twenty (20) enamel
c. 100 mono block chairs

Dear Councilor,

continues to uphold inclusive education. Inclusivity values diversity and hone
skills and talents regardless of race and ethnicity.

Marbel 1 Central as a seedbed of inclusive education offers Arabic language

and Islamic values to cater to the special needs of our Muslim learners. We
design programs and activities for them to be developed and instill in them the
importance of education. And we are aware of the economic status of their
families. Some of these children go to school on an empty stomach.

In line with this we would like to request from your good office to include our
muslim learners in your outreach program.

We are hoping for you positive and favorable response.
