GUION VIDEO

Hello everyone, in this video we will talk about the creation of our wine called Parcata which we
will show below the steps we carry out:

1. We chose the desired fruit for our wine, which was Isabela grapes

2. We weigh the desired amount, that is, 2 kg

3. Then we macerate our grapes, to obtain our must

4. With the help of a filter cloth we obtain the desired must (850 ml)

5. And we carried out the initial tests that were ph and brix degrees, with the following results:

pH: 3.3

ºBx: 11

Acidity: 0.5 and there was a color change after 5 drops

6. To obtain a result of 2700 ml, 700 grams of sugar were added to 700 ml of water.

7. To 100 ml of water, 9 grams of active dry yeast were added and 450 ml of water were added to
complete the 2700 ml stipulated above.

Reminder the brix degree must be greater than 23 and less than or equal to 25

(Our brix degree result was equal to 24)

In each corresponding class the tests continued to be taken.

pH: 3.43
