    We refer to our repeated reminders and telephone calls for settlement of the amount outstanding.
    Regretfully, we have no response or payment from you.

    Please take note that we shall be offering ourselves as trade referee on the conduct of your account with us
    to CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd (CTOS) within fourteen (14) days or less from date of this letter.

    As you are aware, CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd is a registered Credit Reporting Agency which is widely used
    by financial institutions and the business community. We shall remain as the trade referee on you/ your
    company as long as the uncollectable accounts receivables to us from you remains unsettled.

    We look forward to your prompt response within fourteen days from the date of this letter failing which
    your name will be submitted to CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd.
