Dear Sir:

Greetings!

Quezon Science High School is adamant at re-igniting its community linkages especially when it comes to the
safety and security of its students and personnel. It is in this spirit that we are writing this request to seek out
your support to our school.

As always, we highly prioritize the safety and security of our students and personnel especially because we
have student-dormers who are students hailing from far towns in the province and stay in the school dormitory
during weekdays and for some, even during weekends. In light of this unique situation, we are humbly
requesting for additional security for our dormers at night. We are in dire need of four (4) barangay tanod at
night, preferably from 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM. IThe said barangay tanod will be in shifting schedule such as
follows:

Tanod 1 and Tanod 2 - 6:00 – 11:00 PM

Tanod 3 and Tanod 4 - 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM

This additional security and safety measure will make our dormers and school personnel feel more at ease and
comfortable staying in the school during nighttime. With this, it will be our pleasure to provide them food
while they stay with us during the schedule indicated herewith.

We sincerely hope that we would be able to strengthen our community linkage with your good office.
