REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4670,THE MAGNA CARTA FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS
In every profession there are policies that we should follow. Republic act 4670 provides the
qualification of a professional teacher to have the ability to teach with essential standards and
factors. It is not just simple as teachers know how to teach, there are certain standards of being a
teacher and being called as professional teacher. There are also adequate procedures in teaching
that one should follow because of the standard education that is promoted by the government.
The administration is also liable in knowing the laws of their jobs. Otherwise, they al so have
allowed enjoying the rights that they are capable of. This is for the organization of teachers and
school in performing their task.

Our public school teacher can know their rights and benefits of said the power of the Magna
Carta for Public School Teachers. guarantees their rights to fair compensation, professional
development opportunities, leaves, and other benefits.have access to continuous professional
development programs that enhance their teaching skills. It keeps them updated with the latest
educational practices.

I realized that this republic act is very important for our teachers, especially that I'll be one of
them in the future. Because as a future educators, we play a crucial role in shaping the future.
But to do our best, we need to know and understand our rights and protections. And I realized
that we have the authority to choose appropriate teaching methods and materials for our
students' success.

As a future through knowing these Republic Act the Magna Carta for Public School Teachers,
emphasizing the importance of empowering educators for the betterment of education in the
country.I have a strong support system, including the right to form and join teacher organizations
and unions. We collaborate with parents, the community, and fellow teachers to improve the
quality of education.
