    Good day to you Ma’am.

    We would like to extend our outmost gratitude to your good office as you’ve been our partner in providing quality
    education to all our learners.

    The purpose of this letter is to inform your office that CAMPBELL ACADEMY will voluntarily close its school
    operation starting S.Y. 2020-2021. Here are some of our reasons why the Administrations came up with the decision of
    Permanent closure.
    (a) Increasing unpaid back account from our clients.
    (b) Pandemic
    (c) Inability to cope up with Distance Learning modality due to lack of equipment and financial capability to
    upgrade our system.
    (d) Losses since operation.

    In this we are also asking for some guidance on how we are going to close the school legally and properly to secure the
    documents of our learners.
