VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
CHAIRMAN
EMPLOYEES OLD-AGE BENEFITS INSTITUTION

Applications are invited for the post of Chairman, Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution
(EOBI), in Management Grade Post (M-II) equivalent to BS-21 as per Establishment Division’s OM
No. 1/7/96-E-6 dated 24.01.1996, with pay and perks stipulated vide Finance Division OM No.
F.3(9) R-4/2004-MG dated 16.10.2018, for a period of two (02) years, as per the following eligibility
criteria:

Eligibility Criteria:
 Masters in relevant subjects (Economics/Finance/Management/Administration/Social
Sciences) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission of
Pakistan with 20 years post qualification experience in the relevant fields.
 Minimum= 55, and Maximum = 62 (to be calculated as on the closing date of
submission of applications).

Instructions:
I. Eligible candidates may submit two copies application on a specified performa along with
attested copies of documents, submission of original documents shall be mandatory at the
time of the Interview.
II. Applicants already in the Government Service may apply through proper channel and
produce NOC along with the application, as per rules/policy.
III. Preference shall be given to candidates having previous experience in pension fund
management and execution of welfare funds/schemes.
IV. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in interviews.
V. Applications must reach the undersigned within 10-days of publication of the advertisement
through courier.
VI. Incomplete and late applications shall not be entertained.
VII. Ministry reserves the right to call off the process at any time and at any stage.
