PAMBARANGAY OF GUBATAN, MAGPET, NORTH COTABATO ON FEBRUARY 6,

2023 AT 8:45 IN THE MORNING AT THE SESSION HALL.

PRELIMINARIES
The Punong Barangay called the session to order. He asked Kgd. Merceditha D. Magdosa
to lead the opening prayer and Kgd. Nelson A. Labrador to lead the singing of the National
Anthem & Magpet Hymn.

The secretary called the roll.

READING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS SESSION

Kgd. Jeanefer C. Mendez moved to approve the minutes of previous session seconded by
Kgd. Hinay.

ADOPTION OF AGENDA
It was moved by Kgd. Magdosa seconded by Kgd. Lambac, Sr. to adopt the agenda.

Reference of Business
1. Completion of RBI
The Punong Barangay reminded the SB Members to request the BWA’s to help in the
completion of RBI and also to express their gratitude to them.
2. Violation of Ordinance for No-Smoking
Janerie Camad was requested to explain that during their VLOG his members are
smoking. Since this is a VLOG it can be seen in the social media.
He said that personally he is not a smoker. He promised to remind his members not to
do it again.

 Vanessa Jane said it is almost always every session that ZOD is discussed:
1. The structure
2. Water should be enough and clean
3. There should be slippers, soap
4. Also the following should be complied:
- MRF/ Compost bin
- Diaper Disposal Pit
- Blind Drainage
- Background Garden

Blood Letting
Schedule - March 3, 2023
10 persons (donors)
Not above 50 years old
50 kilos, etc.

Kgd. Mendez – suggested to have a short program to express our complaints in

availing blood during emergency.
2. OTHERS
BNS – Capability Building for BNC will be on February 20, 2022.
Kgd. Mendez – give any amount to blood donors as a sign of gratitude.

ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Kgd. Mendez seconded by Kgd. Lambac, Sr. to adjourn the session at
10:00 o’clock in the morning.
