SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound


● Clearly state the main goal of the Operations and Training plan, which is to
create sustainable fulfillment and delivery practices for the Plant Pals service's
day-to-day operations. Emphasize the importance of an efficient, high-quality
customer experience to mitigate revenue losses and support the larger goal of
a 5% revenue increase for Office Green.

Deliverables

1. Highlight milestones such as creating a plant delivery and logistics plan, setting
up order processing and supply chain management software, and launching an
employee training program.
2. Specify the targets for each deliverable, such as delivering 95% of orders on
time within one month, processing orders within two business days, and
training 90% of employees before the service launch.
