I. Statement of OFI Findings

ISO 9001-2015: Clause 4.4.1 Quality Management System and Its Procedure
1. Core Process 1: Signed Version as of April 2022 was shown but using former 2019 format. This should be updated to
2023 approved format and based on current practice as of 2023, there are items for correction/s.
2. Unsigned version core process, old 2019 format should be updated to 2023 approved format. AABHD is on-standby for
centralized / standard format that is applicable to all curatorial divisions.

II. Recommendation
1. To input corrections, include flowchart/s, use the 2023 standard format and enrolled it for Control of documented
Information.
2. Submit for approval by DDGM and DG their existing Collection Management Process under the standard 2023 format
