SUBJECT : REQUEST FOR HIRING FOR ARCHITECT II UNDER CONTRACT OF

SERVICE (COS)

In exigency of additional manpower needed to facilitate the preparatory and implementation of

complex works with our On-going Projects, Proposed Projects FY 2023, prepare Architectural
designs, restoration and reconstruction plans, assists in the Repair and Maintenance of NMP
building projects, and undertake official travel at no cost or risk to the Agency, as required in
order to carry out the services they are contracted for.

Due to limited skilled personnel to facilitate architectural documents including the preparation
of documents prior to the procurement of infrastructure of the projects under the Facilities
Management Division, may we request to hire three (3) position to hold a post of Architect II
under Contract of Service for the period of July 3, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
